UNDERSTANDS BUSINESS: Having owned and operated his own business, Scott understands the pressures business owners and retail traders are under. Scott believes in creating an environment in Boroondara that supports local traders but also attracts and retains small-to-medium size businesses as well.

COMMUNITY NEEDS: Decisions made by Council should reflect the will and needs of Boroondara’s residents, small business owners and retail traders. Scott believes community consultation is central to Council decisions that will have long-term consequences on our local community.

LOCAL PRESENCE: As a fifth generation Boroondara resident, Scott understands what it is to have a deep sense of belonging to a neighbourhood proud of its heritage and environment. Development and change within Boroondara should be managed appropriately and in consultation with the local community.
